Oolong’s “House-Wagon” and Some Midnight Visitors
As night falls, Oolong sets up his one and only Capsule—a funky two-story motorhome! Bulma isn’t thrilled with its condition but heads straight for a shower, while Goku fills in Oolong on the wish-granting powers of the Dragon Balls. Meanwhile, Emperor Pilaf’s lackeys, Shu and Mai, are creeping outside, ready to grab the Dragon Balls. Shu messes up, though, sticking the bomb meant for the bus right to his hand (classic Pilaf crew moment).
Yamcha’s Dragon Ball Wish
Yamcha and Puar overhear the gang’s talk about the Dragon Balls and the wish that comes with them. Yamcha’s dream? He wants to wish away his crippling fear of women. We get a classic Yamcha moment when he sneaks up to grab the balls but gets a full view of Bulma in the shower through the window, sending him screaming and running. His plan to snag the Dragon Balls just got a whole lot more interesting!
Oolong’s Sneaky Plan
Inside the bus, Oolong gives Bulma and Goku some “Sleepy Grass” spiked drinks, hoping to knock them out and steal the Dragon Balls (and maybe snag a peek at Bulma’s wardrobe). But just as he’s creeping in, Yamcha and Puar make their move too. Puar shapeshifts into a goofy Goku, while Oolong morphs into a chubby Bulma. They get into a ridiculous disguise showdown before recognizing each other and racing back to the bus.
The Morning Chaos and Yamcha’s Tooth
In the morning, Shu and Mai finally manage to plant their bomb, just as the gang’s bus is blown up in a fight between Goku and Yamcha. Goku lands a solid hit, knocking out one of Yamcha’s teeth, which sends Yamcha running off again, devastated that his “perfect smile” is gone. And just as Shu and Mai think they’ve finally scored the Dragon Balls, the bomb they planted detonates, sending them blasting off again.
Yamcha’s Backup Plan
To keep tabs on Goku and the gang, Yamcha and Puar leave them a car, rigged with a tracker. Yamcha’s new plan? Let them gather all seven Dragon Balls, then swoop in at the last second to make his wish come true!
