The episode kicks off with Naruto causing a stir as usual. He submits a bizarre photo for his Ninja Registration Form, but the Third Hokage demands he retake it. Naruto, being Naruto, refuses and attempts to persuade the Third Hokage with his notorious Sexy Technique. The technique is so effective it gives the Third Hokage a nosebleed!

Suddenly, the Third Hokage’s grandson, Konohamaru, bursts into the room, challenging his grandfather for the Hokage title. In a clumsy entrance, Konohamaru trips and falls, blaming Naruto for his tumble. Naruto, unfazed by Konohamaru’s status, gives him a punch, teaching him a lesson.
