We all like to imagine scenarios about our favorite characters. At FAN EXPO Boston, the voice cast of SPY X FAMILY shared their thoughts about their visions for the future of the anime series with the “family” where everyone has a secret. Please note: this is purely fun speculation from the characters’ voice actors and is in no way a spoiler for the upcoming season!
Megan Shipman (Anya): I like to think that Anya will just annoy the crap out of Damian for years and years on end, and I love that for them. Because I think that’s so great… for Anya. If she doesn’t fail and get kicked out!
Wouldn’t it be hilarious if [Fiona] and Franky end up together? Because in the manga I think Loid ends up giving her Franky’s contact and says “This is my guy, he gets me all my stuff” and she’s like “He’s lame.” But then she ends up going back to him again and again and I’m like “Ah, this would be so great if she ends up having a good time with Franky and just like buddy buddy, you know?” So cute.
Natalie Van Sistine (Yor): I have my particular thought process of how I think endgame is going to go down for them. For me, at least in my head, what I would really like to see is somehow that endgame where Twilight and Yor probably find out about Anya’s abilities, and they work for different organizations where they’re going to probably be asked to bring her in. I think they’re hinting at it in the manga, I really think it’s gonna happen where we’re going to get a really really cool fight between the both of them. But then they’re going to process their feelings and realize that they are a family, and then I think endgame will be them against the world, all working together, and I think that will be really really cool. I don’t know if that will happen but that’s the really cool ending I had in mind.
Alex Organ (Loid): I think the same way. I really don’t spend a lot of time thinking about it but that’s probably the direction we’re going.
