“I started writing at a young age, much to the relief of my mother, whose ears needed a break from my nonstop stories. It was my passion for stories that led me to pursuing my major in history, minors in theater, and anthropology, and onto my current masters in Creative Writing. It also led me to my membership in the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.”
