We had the pleasure of interviewing @GreenOceanGame all about their journey as a Vtuber!
What inspired you to become a vtuber?
There were quite a few things, but the main thing was being able to show a more interesting version of myself, while also being able to show my facial expressions and hand gestures. I also just think the technology is really cool and wanted to be a part of the growing community around it!
Tell us about your model!
I made her myself in VRoid! It took me a year to get her to look as nice as she does now, but it was definitely time worth spending. Fun fact: her hair is based off of the ocean, with the white ends representing sea foam!
What is the best part about being a vtuber?
There’s a lot that I like about it, but one of the things I like the most is making clothes for my model! I try to make a new outfit for almost every photo I post of her, excluding the reaction images I sometimes use. I also really like the freedom of expression, and how there’s pretty much infinite ways to express yourself!
What would you tell someone who wants to become a vtuber? Any advice?
I’m fairly new, so I don’t know much. But I would like to say that for those who want to be one but don’t really want to stream, that there’s defintely other content you can make as a vtuber! Videos, whether they’re Tiktoks or YouTube videos are definitely an option if you dont want to stream!
Goals for this year?
It’s not very realistic, but I would like to reach 1,000 subscribers on YouTube! One can dream, right? 😛
Where can people support you?
