Today we interviewed @SpookyPandaSims all about their work on The Sims!
1. How long have you been playing The Sims?
I have been playing Sims since 2008 I believe, it started with playing Sims 2 Pets at my friend’s house and became an obsession ever since.
2. Which game is your favorite?
The Sims 3 Supernatural is hands down my favorite game in the franchise. It was just so chaotic and fun and helped me escape my boring highschool life.
3. What are some of your best creations and memories from gameplay?
In my opinion, my best creations in the game were whimsical, overgrown, witchy builds. I just loved going all out with plants and making things beautiful. My best memories would be all of the crazy, unexpected things my Sims would do. Sometimes it does feel like they have their own personalities and I love capturing them to share and look back on.
4. What would you tell someone who wants to do what you do?
I would tell anyone who wants to join the sims twitter community not to hesitate. I wish I joined earlier, but I’m glad I did anyways. I would also say to be kind, be supportive of other creators, and don’t be afraid to show your personality. Your group will find you.
5. What are your plans for 2022?
My plan for 2022 is simply to grow as a creator and make inspiring content. I’m still pretty new, so I’m having a little taste of everything, building, CAS, storytelling, and I hope to find a good balance that will entertain myself, my friends, and my followers.
6. Where can people support your work?
As for right now, I just appreciate engagement, positive comments, retweets, and follows. I do have ko-fi linked in my bio if anyone is feeling extra generous.
